# FOCTTA

> FOCTTA makes privacy, consent and data security software for India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and DPDP Rules 2025, ready for GDPR and CCPA. Six products, each sold on its own and each working alone: FOCTTA Consent, FOCTTA Discovery (DSPM), FOCTTA Activity (DAM), FOCTTA Detection (DDR), FOCTTA TPRM and the FOCTTA Training Academy. Designed, built and hosted in India, or run on your own server.

FOCTTA Technologies Private Limited. The hosted service runs on AWS in Mumbai with a dedicated database per organisation by default; FOCTTA also runs on one Linux or Windows server, on your own PostgreSQL, or in your own AWS, Azure or Google Cloud account, sending nothing to FOCTTA unless configured. Notices in English and all 22 scheduled Indian languages (23 in all). 181 industry packs across 60 industries. Sector overlays for RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, CERT-In, PMLA and RPwD.
